When you sign up for your plan, a questionnaire email is sent that gathers all your info and helps me design your custom plan. There is no “one size fits all” plan and I take into account several factors to personalize your plan.
Throughout your coaching, you have 24/7 email support and can ask any questions/concerns about your plan at any time. I make adjustments, if necessary, to your plan when you check in.
My goal is to help you improve your health and body. I provide the motivation and guidance and you just follow the plan. Results are guaranteed. You will have the option to renew once your initial time is up.
